Hey,I received them and they are great, all that I wanted and expected. I pre soak them and wipe the barrel at the range. Have you introduced the 410 mops?
I’d give these mops a 4.5. They are a little expensive. But very pleased with how they clean. Britbore says you can clean with 4 mops and you can reuse the last 2. I’ve been using 6, and I can see using 2 for a future cleaning. I originally purchased 5 boxes, so the mops cost .60 each. My procedure is liberally spraying cleaner down the barrel followed by running a nylon brush down the barrel. After waiting 5 minutes or so, I push through the first mop. I would point out that I’m using a quality, solid steel rod from Pro-Shot, and there is a fair amount of resistance when pushing through these Britbore mops. Use a rod that won’t bend during this procedure. I’m somewhat fastidious when it comes to cleaning my shotguns, and while a little expensive, I’m very pleased with how they perform. I would recommend.
Works great. Even after cleaning my barrels I put one of these through and still got more out.
Need a tool that is threaded to hold cartridges so you can mop back and forth and won’t fall out onto floor or table top

Great product idea and design. I really like them, but the 20ga mops are SO tight in my barrels that I have to tap them through my barrels with my cleaning rod and a small mallet. Shrink the size by the tiniest amount and they'll be perfect
Great product, easy to use and certainly sweeps clean picking up a lot of debris. Very pleased with the product and service delivery.
These mops really get the bore clean. I recommend a quick brush first, then soak the mop in barrel solvent and ram it through the barrel. Do this 2-3 times to get your barrel cleaner than swabs ever did. Only downside is the swab fits very tightly, so grab a 3/8 dowel rod to use as a plungers as your old brass rod you use with your brush may bend.

Although initially skeptical, this is the best product that I have used to clean my shotgun. I thought my barrels were clean until I ran the britbore mops through them. Great product!
Effective and fast
Used it today for the first time and it did a nice job. Easier than a mop or pad. Will likely order again.
I have yet to receive my order. If i knew it would be this long, I would have just bought more pads at my local store. Must be a Chineese product for the amount of time it's been.

Waste of time. Doesn't clean anywhere near as good as a road and brushes. Used 6 mops on a 12b on Saturday to clean it and still wasnt clean so ended up rodding anyway
Hi, we're sorry to hear you weren't satisfied with the results. As outlined in the instructions on the back of the box, we recommend using a cleaning rod brush and bore cleaner spray alongside our mops for the best results, particularly when dealing with heavier fouling.

They were not what I hoped they would be. Had to use more than one to fully clean my barrels.
This is the only way to clean a shotgun effectively and efficiently. I was actually surprised by how good they work.
Try them, you won’t be disappointed.
I like them they do a good job cleaning the barrels especially as the modern cartridges seem to leave more residue

The most complete cleaning tool available I use to use 4-7 pices of cotton cloth per barrel to clean my gun after 100 rounds of sporting clays. Now I only use 2 Britebore Mops per barrel.
